Time is getting short! KCWC 2009 kicks off exactly two months from now. The steering committee meets once a month in Elizabethtown. Each meeting begins with a 30-minute prayer time followed by the business meeting. Please be in prayer for the committee on Saturday morning as we put the finishing touches on Conference 2009.
We ask for prayer for our faculty, ten fine Christian people who just happen to be involved in writing and publishing. We invite you to visit the faculty page on our website to pray for each of them individually.
Pray also for potential attendees who may be struggling with the decision whether to join us in June. Some may have confidence issues, while others may have financial challenges.
And, we request prayer for founder Kate Thomas whose husband passed away a few weeks ago.
Finally, pray that KCWC 2009 will fulfill the vision of its founders: "Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does" Psalm 96:3 (NLT).
